I’m grateful for the people like Dr. Seuss! He was a very spiritual man as I understand. “He looked at life in a different way, life is more pleasant as “child’s play” he’d say…” ๐Ÿ™‚

    • And he’s so right!!! We’re too serious as adults…we need more fun and play in our lives!! I’m committed to that…:-)

It certainly doesn’t hurt our overall health and well being does it! Less stress and worry sounds like a good prescription for most all adults Dr. Deb!

They say to even make your face muscles into a smile is good for the soul. I don’t know about that but finding more things to smile about or laugh at sounds as if it would make us feel better at times…we can be sooo serious!

Yep, I’ve done it a couple of times myself. If anyone saw me they may have thought I was having an attack…I don’t like my smile, I think it looks like I have gas…Lol!
