Step 1, keep a journal. It can be a physical journal or an e-journal, whichever you prefer. I like the physical journal as I like to hold it, write my thoughts in it and flip back and forth thru the pages as I wish.
Followed by I believe in me. I have faith in me. I trust me.
Finally list goals that you would like to accomplish. They can be anything; exercise, learn how to paint, write a book, learn to sing, volunteer, seek a new career. You can list one or as many as you would like. Once you’re done, rewrite the list in order of importance to you with the first one being the most important goal you would like to accomplish.
You’re done with Step 1 and on your way to achieving your goals!! Congratulations!!!
