  7. Great post πŸ™‚ I saw that you were going to meditate on the couch. Meditation is a funny thing. I mean I admire people who do it seriously. Me, if you ask me to close my eyes and sit for 10 min you can be rest assured I would have drifted off to sleep ! I am such a sleeeepyhead :\

    • But you know what, that’s ok if you drift off…if you need to get back up after set an alarm on your phone to go off that’s what I do…but most of the time I listen to the meditations when I go to bed and it’s ok that you fall asleep. They say that if you do fall asleep as you are talking about then your body needed the rest and that’s the important part…so don’t worry if that happens, plus meditating isn’t guruish like they show on tv, I don’t have a mantra or sit crossed-legged or anything, it’s really just about being quiet with yourself each day…to destress from life!! Try it you’ll like it!! πŸ™‚

    • So what about the voices in your head ? 😢 Sorry if I scared you here.. The thing is my head is constantly buzz with an umpteen thoughts. Hehe. And believe me I have a tough time putting them to rest and sleep at night , forget a few min of solitude. These are random ones like why it’s not yet warm or wondering if I should work out today and blah blah. Still they don shut anytime . I should first concentrate on keeping them quiet I guess πŸ˜‰

    • That’s exactly why I listen to the meditations when I go to bed, it helps me to concentrate on that and not on all that I did at work today or all that I have to do tomorrow. Oprah and Deepak Chopra are having a 21 day meditation it’s on day 10 but it’s not too late to join…
