  2. I know that feeling Deb. I’ve been hit with another doozy of a head cold. Appreciate my comfy couch!

  3. Rest! I have put a wee link to my “52 weeks of thankfulness” post this evening for your daily grateful posts. I never thought to include it before now but will put it in every week if you wish.

  4. Hahaha! Cute picture! It reminds me of my dog Princeton. I would shoot him with my finger and he would fall down and pretend he was dead but all four of his legs were sticking straight up! Hahaha! He looked like a dead “stiff.” Good morning Deb! I hope you have a marvelous day! Try not to work so hard at work. ((HUGS!!)) xoxoxo

    • Oh my goodness that’s so funny PJ! What a fun trick, that must have been so hilarious to watch! I know the legs sticking straight up cracked me up, I can only imagine all 4 being straight up, that’s a riot! Good evening PJ! Thank you I try not to work too hard and get overwhelmed but it’s difficult not too. I hope your day was filled with fun and laughter!! ((HUGS!!)) xoxo

    • It really was funny! He loved doing that trick because it made everyone laugh. He loved making people happy. I hope you can teach your assistant a lot so you don’t have to work so hard during this busy time. It’s not worth getting stressed out.

    • Your hands are going to be full teaching your assistant and keeping up with your work until she gets it. I wish you the best!

    • You are right about that…the good news is, she’s an experienced bookkeeper and she’s a fast-learner…so yay!! Thank you. 🙂

  5. My husband always tells people that there times when the best thing about a particular day is that you get to sleep at night LOL. Sleep is such a gift!

    • I am in total agreement with your husband! And you are right about the gift part…lately I’ve been waking up at 4 am and cannot get back to sleep and then get up for work at 6:25 and I’m exhausted!!!! After I wake up my body is uncomfortable but if I turn on either side I almost instantly get a headache so I go back on my back, to no avail! UGH!!

    • I wasn’t sure if I should even hit like! That does not sound like fun at all. I don’t know how you feel about essential oils but I do know there are people who use lavender and/or cedarwood on a cotton ball in their pillowcase or in a diffuser to help relax and help with sleep.

    • You know I was going to ask you what oils would help that. Thank you for reading my mind! Which do you think would be more effective the cotton ball or diffuser or no difference?

    • A diffuser running would allow you to breath it in a little better I think. the cotton ball theory is one I have tried for seasonal stuffiness because my husband didn’t like the sound of the diffuser running.
A few other oils you could try are valerian (thought they say it smells like stinky feet so I am not sure about how relaxing that would be!), Vetiver and Clary Sage

    • Yeah the sound would probably bother me too, I’m very sensitive to it. What about the stick diffusers or even just putting a few drops on a plate. My coworker has a small silver container with a lid and she drops oils in that and will close the lid if she wants to stop the smell, that would work I think. Thanks for the suggestions, I will try them. xo. I think I’ll skip the stinky feet one. 😉

    • I would give the cotton ball in the pillowcase thing a try for while you are sleeping and I really like the silver container idea. I just open my bottles and whiff them once in a while.

    • Ok will do. I’m excited to get some and try them!! Thanks again…xo

    • I have some lavender scented soap I’m going to put some on a cotton ball for tonight and hope it helps until I can get some oils.

    • Just be sure to get quality ones. There are some out there that have been distilled with chemicals and not steam distilled. Let me know how it goes for you! I love hearing what people think of them.

    • Oh I did not know that, thanks for the tip! I will let you know. 😊
