Thank you. I actually want a lot of beauty products for Christmas, but they are expensive. I will only ask my blood relatives to help me get those.

Check out QVC, they sell lots of beauty products and sometimes at great prices, or Sephora’s or Ulta. Or ask for credit card gift certificates and buy what you want. I’ll send ideas!! 🙂 xo

But how will you share your patience my Dear.
Tell me, if so I shall also.
Great image, ✌🙏🌷👌💟

Well when someone is making me impatient rather than expressing that, I will breathe and be more patient with them. Then I would have just shared my patience with them rather than my impatience!
Thank you.

Oh! Its that way.
Sharing silently and not giving anything in some form like that gift packet. This is something good to know.
But that Image is awesome, gift packets coming from the sky. Very creative Deb!
Thanks

Maybe why I have always loved the verse in Hebrews 10:24 “and let us consider how we might spur one another on toward love and good deeds.”

Oh see you just gave me goosebumps. That’s a wonderful verse to live by and to attain.
I have tried reading the Bible before but never could get through it. I started at the beginning, thinking that would be the best place to start but…so I am attempting it once again but this time I am randomly choosing what to read. My mother just had me read John, prior to that I had read Job and she said oh that’s a hard one try John. I was reading Psalms and now I’m in Sirach. Have you read the whole Bible?

I did it a few years back. Started at Genesis and ended at the maps in the back. It did give a whole perspective but it took me a long time. I would start with the New Testament as the old has lots of genealogy to wade through. I also love proverbs. I was fortunate to go to a Christian school. I wish I had appreciated it a lot more when I was there. I thing I would have absorbed more. Good thing it is never too late. And yes Job can be a tough one.

My mother went to a catholic school growing, we kids did not. Probably because she used to get in trouble with the nuns all the time, but then who didn’t, for talking too much. She tells of a story where the nun actually put her in a wastebasket and slid my mom, inside the wastebasket, under her (the nun’s) desk! I laugh every time I hear that story!! Yes proverbs intrigued me, I briefly scanned it but want to spend more time there. Thanks!

Proverbs is wonderful by King Solomon a very smart man.
I had to sit in the hallway for talking to much in class.

Oh I look forward to it!!
Another friend of mine who attended catholic school used to get put inside the closet when he was “bad”…he used to rearrange it while in there. But in a good way, he put things on the various shelves by sizes and made it more efficient. He would turn the light on and the nun would notice it and open the door. He finally figured that out and would take the nun’s shawl and put it on the floor between the door and floor to cover the opening and then turn on the light so that he could get to work!! 😉 Isn’t that funny?
Did you have to sit in the hallway often?? lol

Once or twice….or more. It was kind of nice out there….you got to see who was walking around and where they were going.
I should have that closet cleaning kid come to my house! He could have all the light he wanted if he cleaned closets.

Lol!! If they only knew how much you were enjoying yourself they would never have sent you out there.
Today he is a CPA and his closets are very orderly!! He can do your tax return and clean your closets…hee hee

You’re most welcome! Wow did you get much snow? Hope tomorrow’s a nice sunny day for you while you are out and about! 🙂

We never get a lot of snow which is why when it snows many people (like me) won’t go out on the icy streets. LOL! It is suppose to be sunny tomorrow. YAY! I hope you had a great day and didn’t have to overwork yourself!

Well why go out if you don’t have too!! Glad to hear tomorrow will be sunny! We’re still very busy, my days won’t slow down until around February. Oh well…I was listening to Louise Hay all day today to help keep me positive and calm, it helped!! 🙂

She has books and meditations and she is well known for affirmations. This is one of her books and one of the things I was listening to today https://youtu.be/GlOCmMF81tQ

My gift is my blogging friends – people from far and wide with whom I share a family like camaraderie. Basically my gift would be the ability to build relationships even when afar.

I am grateful for a warrior’s patience. In battle sometimes the best strategy is to wait the enemy out. When they flail about on the floor and threaten to get you, simply stand by calmly and watch them flame out.

OMG you have put such an image in my head and I am literally laughing out loud!! I love that…a warrior’s patience! And then after they flame out you step over them and – drop mic!! 🙂

Mic drop – Boom! I saw your post right after confirming that the flameout happened. Patience is a virtue and so is a dignified silence.

Well let me tell you… 😉
Actually it’s hard to be a good listener, I work at that because too often I jump in and speak before they are done expressing their thought…so that’s a really great gift to have. To always be there for your friends and family is another….that others know they always have you to depend on is so reassuring for them!! I am well thanks Miri, hope you are too. Hope your daughter is feeling better and that you are enjoying your son being home! Hugs back…xo 🙂

Thanks for your kind words Deb. I have to admit I’m occasionally guilty of jumping in as well but these days I’m more inclined to step back and just listen. I’m doing well today and my daughter is slowly getting better, which I’m so grateful for. Take care xo
