  1. I am grateful for time pulled out from work, where I could go out and commune with nature for about 45 minutes until I could drop from fatigue. I am grateful that I could see horses being taken for walks and a mother and a child horse being taken somewhere. I am grateful I could walk in an avenue of trees and not having been stopped any where on the way. I am grateful for time alone, far from the madding crowd.

    • Funny you say that, I noticed today when I was leaving work that it was lighter out…yay! And yes I appreciated the weather too!! πŸ™‚ Glad you were able to enjoy a walk.

    • I did skim through it and you are right it shall take time, so I decided when I had the proper time to devote to it I would go back and read it more thoroughly. I am working both tomorrow and Sunday so I will won’t have much time for Her either this weekend or next. But after that things will settle back down and I will have the time!! πŸ™‚

    • But meanwhile keep taking long breaths, inhale and exhale as much as you can. Emptying the lungs and refilling to the maximum when ever you remember about this in the 24 hours, be it in office, home, sitting, standing, working or walking. That is also She giving energy all the time.
      Remember the most important here you have to keep in mind that while inhaling expand the stomach and not the chest which normally one tends to do. In the process of expanding the stomach the diaphragm comes down and up and gives space for more air to enter.
      This is a secret do not tell anybody.πŸ€”

    • I actually do this a lot, daily…breathe in….breathe out…the stomach versus chest part I try to remember it definitely takes practice!

    • Right now I am taking the deep breath and texting this message. It is very important o expand the stomach, do it and tell me the result after a fortnight. You will know the difference.

    • I will practice but it frustrates me, I don’t know why. Trying to do it right drives me crazy!! HA! I believe you though so I shall keep at it. πŸ™‚

    • Deb! I understand why, you have, maybe never tried that, in the beginning its like that. Once you catch hold of the trick, there is no one to hold You. The results shall show. A little patience please!!!

      What you do, keep your left palm on your stomach and the right hand thumb join it to the index finger both the tips to make it as if to say beautifulπŸ‘Œ the other fingers straight. That is also called the “Chin Mudra”. Close your eyes and feel the now, mind totally on the breath.
      Breathe deep inside fully to expand the stomach and put it out to take the stomach inside as if to touch the backboneπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜±.
      This is a practice to do when you are alone say in early morning hours or night before going to bed.
      When you are used to the practice you shall do it anywhere and anytime.
      See the results. After which the next step. OK!

    • Ok! I shall do that tonight. What I find myself doing is using my muscles to make my stomach expand and contract rather than just letting it expand by filling with air. I shall do it for 20 minutes every night, that should be long enough don’t you think?
      Once I have mastered it you can teach me the next step!! πŸ™‚
