  7. Actually Deb walkig Bare feet is very good for health.
    In our Naturopathy (Another Holistic way of Treatment) centres they make to walk barefoot.
    Some natural stones are laid on which you are made to walk. It is a sort of Acupressure treatment.
    So I am Grateful to Acupressure treatment as it costs nothing and no side effects etc;…

    • Huh, that’s good to know, I walk barefoot all the time when I’m at home. What size are the stones? That’s quite fascinating.

    • Those stones what you find on River beds which are very smooth and have been polished by the flow of water all over the surface of the stone, they are as you know of different sizes. The ones which you can use if you want and get should be of 1″ to 3″ big, you can spread them on the ground or put them on a plate and walk or stand on them. That shall act as Acupressure to the legs which is very helpful. I think in the beginning it is bit pain full, you may do it slowly and steadily. Do not hurry to walk, be careful. You already have an ailment in the legs if I am correct. Wash legs in cold water always and at intervals.

    • Oh thank you for the info, I shall try it. No I don’t really have any ailments in my legs, sometimes they cramp during the night while sleeping but that only happens on occasion. I will be very careful. Thank you for the instructions!
