  1. Today I’m grateful for a few extra minutes in bed. I usually have to be out of bed at 5.30 AM to get done with my yoga and get to work on time but on Sundays I take a break and I’m grateful for this break πŸ™‚

  4. What a beautiful butterfly! I agree, we are responsible for how we feel. I choose to feel at peace. Good morning Deb! I hope you have a magnificent day today! ((HUGS!!)) xoxoxox

  5. Like the Butterfly who feels free to go around where it likes, we do not feel so, and it is so unnatural. The butterfly does not like anybody coming in between it, but where as we get disturbed if anybody does not come in between. Hahaha
    Oh Human! Feel free!!!
Today is Sunday and I feel like the Butterfly freeeeeeee and its the time for me to feel freeeeeee

  7. Hello lovely Deb, I’m still feeling free today as I wake on Tuesday and my day off. My car is in for a service today so I’m house bound but it’ll be nice just being home and hanging out with my son (it’s also school holidays here). Hope all’s well with you Deb and your week is off to a flying start. Tonight is the night of the moon!!! πŸŒ• Are you ready? Big warm hugs to you my friend xo

    • Hello Mims! So are you now working Mon, Wed, Fri schedule? So glad you have today off!! You know I was wondering about the full moon because the full moon is actually tomorrow night here…OMG it just occurred to me that it is April 11 there now huh? Duh, I knew you were a day ahead of me but it never clicked that the date would follow too…so you have to howl tonight and I tomorrow…but I’d be happy to howl tonight and tomorrow…you up for it? Warm howling hugs to you my dear friend!! xo

    • Hehe…that makes me smile! Yeah my Dad was a wild thing when he was young too! He was like the Fonz if you know who that is from Happy Days. Well all of you enjoy your dinner tonight….and oh it’s supposed to be a Pink Full Moon, but not in color. Interesting stuff I’ve been reading about it, it’s the smallest full moon of the year. xo

    • Oh, that is interesting, I’ve never heard of a pink moon before. Let me know if you find out anything particularly special about it. Ohhh, heyy, the Fonz. Of course I’ve heard of him, he was so cool. Your dad must be super cool to have a daughter like you! xo

    • Awww you’re the best!! Yeah my dad is the coolest (I’m Daddy’s little girl)…he’s mellowed quite a bit now that he’s older too, but he was quite the hellion, I’ve been told. I have a post about him called For the Love of a Uniform here’s the link, read it when you have more time, not now…https://onceuponahotflash.com/2015/05/03/for-the-love-of-a-uniform-writing-101/
I’ve also posted a link on my grateful post for tomorrow, there are 7 events happening in the sky during the month of April and here’s the link, I’ll give you a head start…

    • Thank you. I’ve been so busy with work that doing my daily post is about all I can keep up with for now. Sometimes on the weekend I might sneak a story in, but lately I’ve been working the weekends too..all that’s about to end once April 18 gets here…the end of tax season hooray! I don’t know if you will be able to see the meteor shower or not as it mentions the northern hemisphere, but I’m going to watch for that too. Yup lots of neck craning for April!! xoxo πŸ™‚

    • I think you’re really good even just doing your daily posts with the huge workload you have Deb. I don’t know how you do it! My head’s been so full and exhausted when I get home I can hardly think, let alone blog. Not that I don’t want to, I really do, but for now it’s just a bit hard. I’ll get back to it eventually.Anyway I’ll keep star gazing (we’re off camping on Friday so more chances to neck crane!) Ciao for now xo

    • Yeah I’ve been considering taking a break from the daily and maybe make it a weekly, that way I’ll have my night’s back. It is hard. How was work, hope it continued to improve. Oh camping, I love it when you go camping great pics to see!! Definitely keep the eyes to the skies and have fun!! Toodles. xo

    • I wouldn’t blame you if you went weekly Deb. There comes a point where you have to balance everything out. We can’t do it all and you have to do what’s right for you. Good luck whatever you decide.
Work was actually ok today. Starting to feel a semblance of hope which is always encouraging. Hope it lasts. xo

    • Yeah, funny part is I’m finally going to be slowing down with all the working I’ve been doing for a few months anyways..so we’ll see. But it is a “pressure” sort of that I feel that I know I have it to do plus if I create it that takes longer, but I prefer to create it…oh well I’ll check with my inner self and see what I want to do. πŸ˜‰
So happy to hear that work was ok, and things might be coming together. That would be wonderful, I hope it lasts too!! xo

    • Thanks Deb, yes work is starting to feel a little bit better. I’m here by myself today and enjoying it.
πŸ™‚ It’s not good to feel that pressure. Just remember that your blog is supposed to bring you joy, not stress! But I know what you mean. Once you start something there’s a level of expectation we have of ourself. You do what feels right though Deb and what makes you happy. Your readers will understand if you need to make a change I’m sure. Big warm Melbourne hugs to you, my lovely friend xo

    • You’re so right as usual Mims….I started blogging for fun…actually I was hoping to make money blogging, like somebody would read my posts and want to hire me right away! Then when I saw how many people were actually blogging and how fantastic some of their sites and stories were, such as yours, I soon realized I would not be collecting payment anytime soon! Oh well….Ya I’ll figure it out…Ahh that warm Melbourne hug feels lovely!! Big warm from the heart hugs to you my dearest friend. xo

    • I know what you mean about the money Deb. I must admit I didn’t go into it for that though the thought crossed my mind when my blog started growing. But I’ve realised there are far too many professional bloggers out there so now I use it as a tool – and a bit of a release – it’s my “baby” that I share with so many others. We all have our babies I suppose. We’ll just have to dream big and win that lottery hey? 😊 Well, it can’t hurt to aim high xo. Hugs

      Liked by 1 person

    • Yeah I consider mine my baby too. I can waiting for someone to syndicate Our Daily Grateful Post. I know have 2 years done, so there’s a lot of posts. Yes we must absolutely aim high, I play the lottery all the time expecting to win big…and I will, then you can quit too, if you want to. Lottery winning hugs…xoxo

    • Sounds good to me Deb. Let’s keep aiming as high as that pink moon! xo
