  4. Today I am grateful that I’m learning to meditate. It is really helping me to put things into perspective so that I can have less tension in my world.

    • Oh Michelle I am also starting a meditation routine. I’ve started off and on, but a few weeks ago I got serious about it and I set aside 15 minutes a day. You’re right it’s amazing at how wonderful it is. There are lots of Apps you can download for free or subscribe to, also on YouTube there are lots also. I downloaded an App called Calm, I really like it. I have not subscribed yet, I listen to the free ones…they have ones for sleep, guided ones, unguided ones, breathing, all different lengths of time…it’s really great!! Good luck with it. I do mine at night as I don’t have enough time in the morning, but any time will do and we’re so worth the time. xo

    • Deb, you”re so right. We are so worth the time. I downloaded Calm, Happify, and Headspace. So far, I’ve only spent time with Headspace, and I subscribed yesterday after working through part one of the basics of meditating (10 days). Let’s keep in touch about this. πŸ˜€

    • I saw Headspace, have not seen Happify…but I love the name…will check it out!! Deal, we’ll keep in touch about this…I’ve done 25 total sessions on Calm. I really love the bedtime stories, I’m out in 10 minutes and have noticed a difference in how deep I sleep. πŸ™‚

  5. In almost a ditto of Peggy, I’m also hoping for mobility with my arm. Doctor first estimated 85%, but last number was 50% and enough strength to push my wheelchair around the house. I think he didn’t initially realize how active I am! lol Surgery leaves no method of transferring myself. Will rehab work? Don’t know what to do, but decision time is coming. I’m leaning toward No on the surgery.
Choices… Let’s hope we all make the right choices. Blessings, my friends.

    • Hmmm go with whatever your gut instinct tells you, it’s always right. Blessings to you too George and know that whatever choices you make will just bring you down different paths. I hope your arm cooperates and you recover all the mobility in it. πŸ™‚
