  3. I’m guilty of over thinking and over analysing so much in the past (and still now if I’m honest) so time out sounds good. My daily meditations are definitely helping. Take it easy my friend. Big hugs xo

    • Oh right? Can’t we just think a thing to death!!! Talk about beating a dead horse…woman are sooooo good at it….I wonder why that is. We need to let go of that and stop it right now! Oh yes meditating is so helpful in accomplishing…it’s amazing how much I realize I need after I do it…always make time for that. Time out hugs xo πŸ™‚

    • Absolutely! We DO need to let go of it, all that over-thinking. Now, if someone could just tell me how to do it, haha. Seriously though, meditation is the best remedy isn’t it? I won’t miss a day now. Time out tight and squishy hugs xo πŸ™‚

    Taking a break from thinking. OMG thinking to do that… no thinking.
    Emptying the head shall help…
