    • It is fun watching the world! Savor every moment! I view the world as a gift and we need to take care of this gift. I’m proud of the way people are viewing our world in this way. There is so much beauty to it. I’m glad you have had such a wonderful day and now you have two wonderful days off from work! I know you have work at home during the weekend but it isn’t the same as your weekly job.

    • I really do savor every moment…it’s so relaxing and soothing too. You are right it is a gift that we should appreciate daily. Oh yes, my work at home is not the same as at my job…and I can do it at my own pace. And Destiny gets to remove her cone tomorrow!! Yay for her. πŸ™‚

    • I just removed Destiny’s cone collar and she is savoring every moment right now! LOL! Problem I am seeing now is she is messing with her incision. I may have to put it back on her.

    • I bet she is savoring it…yeah I think it’s only normal that she would mess with it. You might want to put it back on when she goes to bed so that she doesn’t spend all night licking it. Did the vet say 2 weeks?

    • I thought she was messing with it but it ended up that she wasn’t – she was just licking around the area. She has been real good with the cone off. The vet said 7-10 days and I left it on her for 9 days.

    • Oh good!! So she should be fine then…yahoo…she’s probably thinking…thank goodness, now throw that silly thing away…I never want to see it or wear it again! Lol…

    • LOL! I’m sure that is what she is thinking! I did throw it away! (I don’t want to see it again!) Haha!

    • When Sugar was spayed she too got the cone collar but as soon as I brought her home from the vet, I took it off. I thought, well, if she messes with the incision then I will put it back on. She didn’t mess with it at all! With Destiny they told me the cone collar HAD to stay on for 7-10 days. Cats are worse about messing with their incisions than dogs are, I guess.

    • Yeah I get that, cats are more of a groomer than dogs are, don’t you think?

    • Yes, they absolutely are! Destiny tries to groom Sugar and Sugar bites her (not hard). LOL!

  3. I am grateful for the beauty in each season! I am not totally crazy about the cold of winter…but there is something wonderful about how the pace of life slows down. I am looking forward to that.

    • Yes and this is the brightest one this year, as the moon is directly opposite the sun! I was noticing how bright out it was last night, I look forward to tonight’s full moon too. πŸŒ•πŸŒš
