    • I am happy to hear you had a much better day today! Yay! I went to Physical Therapy today (ugh) and it looks like I will be going twice a week for 5 weeks. Part of that therapy will be pool therapy. I don’t look forward to going to PT. Then I went to lunch with my friends. That was fun! My sister called me a few minutes ago and she sounded in pretty good spirits. So, it has been a good day!

    • Oh, the pool should actually be a great help…you’ll be doing back flips in no time!! hehe…thanks you’re sweet to be so happy for me, I appreciate that so much. πŸ™‚ xo
How is her bed sore? It must be somewhat better if she’s made it to rehab, how long does she have to stay there?

    • She’s at a rehab that also has skilled nursing so they can take care of the bed sore. The last I heard, it is healing and that is good news. We are thinking she will be in rehab for a couple of weeks. She has been there about 4 days now. She is very homesick (and sick of their food). LOL! I’m hoping the pool will feel good and will make it easier for me to do PT. I just hate the bother of going. LOL!

    • I just found this in my trash…yikes! Oh so happy to hear that sore is finally healing…our prayers are being answered. I bet she is homesick, I know I would be and tired of their food too. Lol. Yeah I hear you on the bother of going…but if it helps it will be worth it!! πŸ™‚

    • Just got a text from my brother and they are preparing her to come home soon but don’t know when that will be. I imagine she is letting them know daily that she wants to go home. Fortunately, her bed sore has not compromised the bone. That’s good news!

    • Oh wow that is GREAT news…I hope it’s this weekend!! And good news that the bed sore didn’t compromise her bone…didn’t even realize that was a possibility. Again this was in my trash!! Ugh. Hope you are enjoying your day…snuck this one in again from work. hehe πŸ˜‰

    • When I don’t hear back from you then I know that my comment went into your trash. I wish there was a way I could tell you “Look in your trash!” LOL! If the bed sore is too bad it can get into the bone and if that happens that means big trouble! So I too am glad it didn’t do that!

    • I’ll have to start monitoring it more closely…especially when I think…hmmmm PJ didn’t respond, now I’ll think oh trash! Wow, I did not realize that about bed sores…yikes.

  6. Oh yes, even on those crappy days we can be grateful for those little things can’t we? And then we look back and laugh and realise that those things that upset us really weren’t important after all. Wishing you lots of beautiful things to be grateful for Deb. Big hugs xo
