  4. That sure is a beautiful picture! I am grateful for Thanksgiving leftovers too. My niece sent me home with a plate of leftovers. I’m grateful to have gotten some sleep last night with only a hiccup of my critters playing. Good morning Deb! I hope you have an amazingly wonderful day! ((HUGS!!)) xoxoxoxo

    • I thought it was dream-like looking!! Oh you have lunch and maybe supper all set for you then…wonderful! Guess the thrill of Thanksgiving was over for them and they settled down some. Good morning PJ! Thank you. I hope you have a dreamy day!! ((HUGS!!)) xoxo 🙂

    • Thanks Deb! I locked Destiny in her bedroom (the room where I keep her food up high so Sugar can’t eat it and her litter box). So we had a quiet peaceful night until she figured out she could crawl out from underneath the door!! Once that happened, Sugar was up and playing! And I was wide awake! But, I got them to settle down and I could go back to sleep. I dream of a full night of sleep!!

    • Oh my goodness, lol! I think your only solution, until they get older, is to get another kennel and then put them each in their own. They are too cute for words…even though it’s not funny at 3 in the morning!! 🙂

    • The problem with putting Destiny in a kennel all night is I cannot fit the litter box in there and her too. And keeping Sugar in the kennel all night is she can’t get out to go potty either. Puppies need to potty a lot. I’ll figure something out.

    • Oh I forgot about that part…was thinking they made it thru the night now. Well guess it’s back to making them play play play all night before bedtime so they’re so exhausted they fall asleep til morning…LOL!!

    • I’ll try to make them play but it’s hard to get Destiny to stay awake. LOL!

  5. Thinking about you Deb and how you always make me think about being grateful for each day and all the small things that make us happy. I was going to tell you about being thankful for cold cornbread dressing (which I am, I’m addicted to it) but tomorrow I’m going to the funeral of a ten year old student that was killed in a car wreck last Sunday. She was not my student, but I had seen her in my hallway, at recess, perhaps at the winter social we had at school not to long ago. I guess my point is to tell you how right you are to point out to people that life’s best moments are everyday, right in front of you and they should be appreciated. Bless you for what you do.

    • Awe thank you Debra, such kind words, you really touch my heart! How sad for her family and friends…so young. I didn’t always appreciate what’s right in front of my nose but once I did it’s really made a difference and it really is the smallest of things that seem to make the biggest differences. Thank you so much for thinking of me and taking the time to tell me that. I am grateful for you, for stopping by, and for making my day!! I will say a prayer for that young girl and her family & friends. Wishing you a blessed week ahead and all weeks ahead!! xo

    • Oh sounds so festive!! Love the smell of Christmas trees. I have a record player too…but it’s in my cellar, I haven’t used it in years. You certainly have an old fashioned Christmas going there, enjoy!! 🙂
