After I fill the bird feeders and bird bath I come inside, sit at my window and am entertained by God’s creatures.  They are sooo fun to watch, it’s better than tv!  I didn’t even realize Mrs. Cardinal was sitting on the branch as I was talking about Mr. Cardinal and Mr. & Mrs. Blue Jay showed up too.  It was as if they knew their cue when to appear in the video…gotta love the Universe!  Hope you enjoy them too.  Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for stopping by!!  🙂

  4. Absolutely love your video!! I was mesmerized watching the squirrels. First I thought, dang, they do the same thing here!! We have red squirrels and I agree, they give each other a hard time and yes, there is food on the ground for them to eat!! Thank you for sharing!! Grateful you shared your backyard joy:)

    • Thank you so much. It must be inherent in squirrels everywhere then, lol. I fill the two feeders and then I pour a lot of seed on the ground so they don’t have to fight each other for food. But apparently they just enjoy pouncing on each other for the sheer pleasure of it….hehe! Oh you’re most welcome…I kept saying I have to record this so others can enjoy it too…I only wish I could sit outside and record it so it would be more clear. Oh well. 🙂

  5. OMG that was so awesome Deb. I felt like I was watching a sort of animated wonderland, like a female narrated version of David Attenborough and all his furry creatures. Loved it so much. Those squirrels are such funny critters to watch, I agree, so much more fun than watching television. I had a smile the whole way through this. Thanks for sharing your beautiful world. Big hugs xo 😊

    • Thank you! It’s such fun watching them all. I’ll have to record it from outside one of these times, but they usually wait til I go in before they start with all their frolicking around. It’s like Wild Kingdom out there…I love it!! Big wild furry hugs xo 🐿🐥🐦🕊🦅🦉🦋🐞🐛🐲

  8. Hi Deb,
I must say it was a pleasant surprise hearing your soft voice in the background of beauty of nature. Oh you did so well in capturing these priceless moments of little fight between squirrels and birds. I found it interesting that the big blue bird is afraid of his little fellows. Thank you for making my day beautiful Deb 🙂

Aren’t they so fun to watch…they bring me such pleasure and laughter. Oh your words are very kind, I’m so happy to hear I made your day beautiful, how that makes me smile. xo. ☺

  9. I love watching the birds and other critters- it’s so relaxing and peaceful. We use stove pipe on our feeder poles to keep the squirrels off them as there is more than enough food on the ground for them.

    • It is so relaxing & peaceful. Well I now hang two feeders…one has a top on it that the squirrels cannot balance on and they always flip off…so they don’t bother with it anymore…they will eat from the other one, plus I have been putting seed on the ground too…so now everybody’s happy, including me!! Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
